The Commonwealth moved, on July 15, 1981, that the Board's Prehearing Conference Order be modified to reflect its proposed schedule for a combined hearing on emergency planning and TMI-related issu;s. The Board, on August 3, 1981, denied this request, stati.ng that the Ccmmonwealth's proposed schedule is already of record. The stated grounds for that ruling being inaccurate, the Commonwealth hereby moves for its reconsideration. While the Commonwealth's proposed schedule regarding emergency planning is of record, its proposal with res pect to TMI issues is not.
