cmergency planning, ac such schedule is proposed to be modified as set.forth in the answer of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts filed kith this Board'on June 9, f981.

The Cleetons further state that they also do not agree that the purpose'of the final pre-hearing conference will be "to rule on admissibility of various contentions", the Board having preiviously accepted the joint Commonwealth /Cleeton contentions with respect to the emergency planning issue.
