INTERVENORS'-APPELLANTS' MOTION FOR 4 '%$%f  %

\

EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE BRIEFS The Interveno:1-Appellants in the above-captioned proceeding, The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, The Massachusetts Wildlife Federation by their attorneys and Alan R. Cleeton and Marion W.

Cleeton pro se, jointly move the Board for a consolidation of the date for filing briefs, and an extension of sixty (60) days for the purpose of filing said briefs, up to and including May 19, 1981.

The Intervenors-Appellants respectfully submit as good cause, for The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the necessity of a thorough review of the Commonwealth's position by its Attorney General, for the Wildlife Federation, illness on the part of its counsel and his obligation to travel to Germany in connection with litigation, and, for Mr. and Mrs. Cleeton, the additional time required by pro se intervenors to cope with the complexities of this appeal.

The Applicant has authorized the moving parties to represent to the Board that the Applicant consents to the granting of this 8108260 @
