' EMPLOYEES AND CONSULTANTS OF y BOSTON EDISON COMPANY o> G During the conference call among the Board and parties which occurred on September 4, 1981, counsel for the Commonwealth advised the Board that the Applicants' recent producton of certain documents pursuant to a Board order might obviate the need for the Commonwealth to depose certain employees and consultants of Boston Edison Company pursuant to its Notice filed on August 14, 1981. The Commonwealth hereby confirms this fact in writing, as requested by the Board, and states that, in its opinion, the Board need not rule at the present time on the Applicants' Motion for a Protective Order with respect to that Notice of Deposition.
