APPLICANTS' RESPONSE TO BOARD ORDER OF DECEMBER 10, 1981 By an order of December 10, 1981, the Board ordered the Applicants to advise the Board and the parties as to what pre-construction activities have been undertaken at the proposed Pilgrim 2 site.
