MOTION BY THE INTERVENOR/APPELL_ ANT MASSACHUSETTS WILDLIFE FEDERATION FOR LEAVE TO FILE BRIEF OUT OF TIME The Intervenor/ Appellant, Massachusetts Wildlife Federation ( "MWF " ) , by its attorney, respectfully moves the Board for leave to file the enclosed Brief in support of its exceptions two days out of time.

The Board had set the date for the filing of briefs by the intervenors at May 19, 1981. The MWF's Brief is being served, as indicated on its Certificate of Service, on the 21st of May; we regret this unavoidable delay, it was caused

! by the sudden illness of MWF counsel's secretary.

To minimize inconvenience to the coposing parties, the MWF intends today to serve extra copies of the Drief and
