Conference Order entered by this Board July 2, 1981 be amended to change the date of the commencement of the hearing on emergency planning issues from Friday, October 9f 1981, to Tuesday, October 13, 1981 (Monday, October 12, 1981, being a legal holiday in Massachusetts).

In the alternative the Applicants move that the Board order that the first day of the hearing on Friday, October 9, 1981,'end not later than 12: 30 p.m.

For its reasons the Applicants say that counsel for the Applicants has an engagement of long standing in Kansas City, Missouri, on Saturday, October 10, 1981, which will require leaving Boston shortly after 12: 30 p.m.
