Good Morning Andrew -

You had asked if there was a letter of agreement on the use or prohibition of Rocky Hill Road - Below is a response from Entergy through our Emergency Management Office.

Hi! I just talked to Dave Tarantino about the access route. He said that he believes it was a verbal agreement with the Town that the trucks would use the access road, head up route 3A and then go on Beaver Dam Road eventually going on Route 3, heading South. He was going to check his correspondence with the Town to see if there was something in writing and get back to me if he found anything, but his recollection was that it was a verbal agreement. This is the current route that is used.

If I can be of further help, just E-mail me! Have a great weekend. Aaron starts on Monday, so I am coming in on his first day.
