Perry, The amendment for the Pilgrim P-T curve extenstion through the end of operating cycle 18 (April 2010) was approved on March 26, 2007 (ML070530384).

The licensee made the following commitments: (1) Submit to the NRC an action plan to improve benchmarking data to support approval of new P-T curves for Pilgrim using R.G 1.190 guidance by September 15, 2007, and (2)

Submit updated P-T curves for Pilgrim to the NRC for approval by June 8, 2010.
