RESULTS OF ACCEPTANCE REVIEW FOR THE BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 3 & 4 COMBINED LICENSE APPLICATION (TAC No. RB3112)
The Financial, Policy and Rulemaking Branch (PFPB) has completed its acceptance review of the Bellefonte Nuclear Plant, Units 3 & 4, Combined License Application (COLA), that was submitted by the Tennessee Valley Authority. This review covered COLA Part 1, Administrative and Financial Information for which PFPB has primary review responsibilities.
Based on this review, the staff has concluded that the application contains the basic information required by regulations and that the submitted information is sufficient for PFPB to commence the Bellefonte Nuclear Plant, Units 3 & 4, Combined License Application review.
