LaSalle NETCO Insert Question Good afternoon.

The reviewers were talking after the meeting yesterday and another question came up.

RAI As described in Section 6.0, the primary fuel storage rack model appears to be three infinite slabs of the bottom, middle and top limiting assembly lattices, with a periodic boundary condition utilized below the bottom slab and above the top slab. The applicant should provide justification for use of this non-physical model of the spent fuel storage racks. The justification should address why this non-physical model is conservative compared to reality.

If you are able to address this in the package coming in that would be great.
