KEWAUNEE POWER STATION INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATION CASK REGISTRATION FOR SPENT FUEL STORAGE UNDER AMENDED CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE NO. 1031 Pursuant to 10 CFR 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under §72.210," paragraph (b)(4),
Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. (DEK) hereby provides notification regarding the registration of 24 MAGNASTOR spent fuel storage cask systems approved under amended Certificate of Compliance (CoC) 1031, which DEK had previously loaded and registered under an earlier amended CoC.
All 24 casks were originally loaded under CoC 1031, Amendment 5. Use of these casks was registered in References 1 through 8.
Reference 9 issued CoC 1031, Amendment 6, for the MAGNASTOR Cask System. On June 28, 2017, DEK applied the changes authorized by CoC 1031, Amendment 6, to these 24 casks. Therefore, the casks listed below are now in use under Amendment 6 of CoC 1031.
