ACCEPTANCE OF WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC COMPANY, LLC PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN CHANGES REQUIRING NRC PRE APPROVAL - ENTERPRISE PROJECT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER 000225/07001151/L-2019-SPR-0006

Dear Mr. Couture:

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has received your submittal dated August 15, 2019 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) No.

ML19234A126), requesting NRC approval in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 70.34, Amendment of licenses.

We have completed our acceptance review and have identified no administrative omissions or deficiencies that would prevent us from proceeding with a detailed review. Your submittal has been assigned Enterprise Project Identification Number (EPID) L-2019-SPR-0006. Please reference this EPID number and Docket Number 07001151 in any future correspondence associated with this request.

Please note that the NRC staffs technical review may identify issues that require additional information. Based on our preliminary evaluation and projection of the current schedule, we anticipate completing our formal review by February 2020. This date could change depending on the findings of our technical assessment, urgent assignments, or other factors. We will promptly communicate any significant changes to this schedule. In addition, the NRC staff estimates that completing the review will require approximately 20 staff hours which corresponds to about $5,260.00 ($263.00/hr.).

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding, of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of the NRCs ADAMS. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
