NOTICE (Regarding Schedule for Issuing Order on Standing and Contention Admissibility)
This Licensing Board heard oral argument on standing and contention admissibility in this case on December 4, 2018. During oral argument, we granted a request for the filing of supplemental briefs. See Tr. at 257-59. On January 7, 2019, all supplemental briefs had been filed, triggering the forty-five day milestone for issuing our decision regarding standing and contention admissibility. See 10 C.F.R. § 2.309(j). In accordance with section 2.309(j), this Board advises the parties that it anticipates issuing its decision regarding standing and contention admissibility on or before Thursday, March 7, 2019.
