Landahl (Exelon) to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, "In Service Inspection (ISi) Intervals," dated September 22, 2006 Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGG) provides the attached Post-Outage 90-Day lnservice Inspection (ISi) Summary Report for LaSalle County Station Unit 2, submitted in accordance with 1 O CFR 50.55a, "Codes and Standards," and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Case N-532-5, "Repair/Replacement Activity Documentation Requirements and lnservice Inspection Summary Report Preparation and Submission Section XI, Division 1." The attached Post-Outage 90-Day ISi Summary Report is for examinations and repair/replacement activities performed between the end of LaSalle County Station Unit 2 sixteenth refueling outage on March 9, 2017, through the end of the seventeenth refueling outage (L2R17). This refueling outage started on February 18, 2019 and ended on March 9, 2019. This refueling outage was the first outage scheduled for the First Inspection Period of the Fourth lnservice Inspection Interval, and the Third Containment lnservice Inspection Interval, effective from October 1, 2017, through September 30, 2020, for LaSalle County Station Unit 2. LaSalle County Station Unit 2 is owned and operated by EGG, whose address is: Exelon Generation Company, LLC 200 Exelon Way Kennett Square, PA 19348 To the best of our knowledge and belief, the statements made in this report are correct, and the examinations and corrective measures, as applicable, conform to the rules of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI.

Tightened 3/2/19 WO 4893645-02 boltinq and performed scope expansion.

Leak identified on header for 2VY03A cooler (IR 4139831 ). Temporary clamp installed per EC 624352 and WO WO 4787178 3 2VY03A 4787178. Cooler 2VY03A (which 2/27/19 WO 4633535 contained the temporary clamp) was 2-19-2258 replaced during L2R17 under WO 4633535. IR 4254693 for lost paperwork associated with clamp.
