(DEK), Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC), and Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) submitted a Cyber Security Plan and requests for amendments to the Operating Licenses (OLs) for Kewaunee, Millstone, North Anna, and Surry Power Stations, as well as an Implementation Schedule, on November 20, 2009 (Serial No.09-640). DEK, DNC, and Dominion supplemented this submittal with letters dated July 12, 2010, August 5, 2010, September 23, 2010 and November 10, 2010 (Serial Nos.10-349, 10-349A, 10-349B, and 10-349C, respectively).

A request for additional information (RAI) was sent from Mr. V. Sreenivas of the NRC to Mr. David Heacock of DEK, DNC, and Dominion on November 22, 2010 via email.A response to this RAI is provided in the attachment to this letter. The response to the RAI does not impact the conclusions of the no significant hazards consideration determination previously provided in our July 12, 2010 letter. DEK, DNC, and Dominion request that the attachment to this letter, which contains Security-Related Information, be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.The Attachment to this letter contains Security-Related Information which is to be withheld from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390. Upon removal of the Attachment, this letter is decontrolled.
