Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2 BV-1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 BV-2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 Part 72 Docket No. 72-1043 Response to Order EA-1 3-112 In a letter dated June 26, 2013, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Order EA-13-112, which modifies the FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) general license for the proposed Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) for Beaver Valley Power Station (BVPS). The modification to the general license requires additional security measures for the physical protection of the proposed BVPS ISFSI. FENOC consents to the Order.Attachment 1 provides the required 20-day response to Order EA-13-112.

Since it contains security related information, FENOC requests the NRC to withhold Attachment 1 from disclosure, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(a)(1)(i).
