. Summary of Discussions:

~ NFS requested this meeting to provide an update on their proposed approach to respond to RAI 1 regarding the detection sensitivities of gamma scanning.

NFS indicated they will be demonstrating an alternative method to demonstrate compliance with the radiological criteria for unrestricted use in 10 CFR Part 20.1402. NFS indicated they are unable to redo the scans so their proposed approach involves meeting the DCGLs approved by the NRC in their Decommissioning Plan for the North Site. ~ NFS plans indicated they plan to submit response to the RAI on time.
