The email correspondence below extended the U-Metal RAI submittal to December 23, 2022. The NFS staff is finalizing the design details and supporting documents. The additional information requested is needed before final action can be taken on the license amendment related to the uranium purification and conversion (U-Metal) services proposed at the facility.
This correspondence provides notification to NRC staff that responses to the Request for Additional Information will be transmitted on or before January 31, 2023.
