DPR-32 DPR-37 AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSES DPR-32 AND DPR-37 SURRY POWER STATION UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 SUPPLEMENT TO PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE In our letter dated March 16, 1982 (Serial No. 567) and supplemental letters dated June 28, 1982 (Serial No. 255), June 30, 1983 (Serial No. 339), and October 27, 1983 (Serial No. 606), the Virginia Electric and Power Company requested an amendment, in the form of changes to the Technical Specifications, to Operating Licenses DPR-32 and DPR-37 for the Surry Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2. The proposed changes pertained to reorganizations within Vepco. A supplement to the proposed changes is enclosed.

This supplement to the proposed changes reflects the change in title of the Fire Marshall to Loss Prevention Supervisor and the deletion of the NDE Supervisor position at the station. The proposed Technical Specification changes are provided in Attachment

2. This request has been reviewed and approved by the Surry Station Nuclear Safety and Operating Committee and the Safety Evaluation and Control Staff. It has been determined that this request does not pose an unreviewed safety question as defined in 10 CFR 50.59 nor a significant hazards consideration as defined in 10 CFR 50.92. We have reviewed this request in accordance with the criteria in 10 CFR 170.22. Because this request supplements our previous license amendment application referenced above, no additional license amendment fee is required.
