Plant is at 55% power, Mini-Purge is not in service, no other equipment has an A-52.4 submitted on it. Initiating Cues : Shift Supervisor requests MOV-852A be deemed inoperable and asks you to fill out an A-52.4 to declare the component inoperable.

The equipment will be inoperable due to the breaker being found tripped and cannot be reset. Required testing for operability will be determined after investigation of the problem. Use present date and time for when the component is to be deemed - inoperable.
