ThissubmittalincludestheSenior Reactor Operator andReactor OperatorWritten Examinations,JobPerformance Measures, andIntegrated Plant Operation Scenario Guides. Pleaseforward attachments ALL to Joseph DeMarshall, Chief Examiner.

These examinationmaterialshave been developed inaccordance with NUREG-1021, "Operator LicensingExamination Standards forPower Reactors", Revision 11 Pleasenote thatreferencematerialsare attached to each i ndividualexamination question oritem.

Someminor modifications have been madetotheIntegrated Examination Outline with regards totheoperationalscenarios inorder toimprove balance andcontent. These changes improveexamination quality andareincompliance with NUREG-1021, "Operator Licensing ExaminationStandards forPower R eactors", Revision 11 Somemodifications oradjustments tothe examination material mayberequired dueto procedural changes.

Inaccordance with NUREG-1021, Revision 11,Section ES-201, "Initial Operator Licensing Examination Process",please ensure thatthese materialsare withheld from public disclosurefor2years aftertheexaminations are complete.
