SUBJECT: NRC ROUTINE INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-188/2007-202

Dear Mr. Whaley:

This letter refers to the inspection conducted on August 21 through 23, 2007, at your NuclearReactor Facility. The inspection included a review of activities authorized for your facility. The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection.Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. Within these areas, theinspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations of activities in progress. Based on the results of this inspection, no safety concerns or noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified.

However, one un-resolved item was identified which will be revisited in a future inspection.
