i Thank you for your letter of May 11, 1988, in response to our letter and Notice of Violation dated April 19, 1988. We have reviewed your reply and i
find it responsive to the concerns raised in our. Notice of Violation. As a result of your response to the Notice of Deviation, we find thai; additional clarification was warranted as discus::ed with you during a telephone cell on May 26, 1988. Specifically, the way that activities had been conducted up to the date of the inspection was in deviation from your written comitments.
