Kansas State University, License R-88, Docket 50-188, License Amendment Request To Whom It May Concern, This letter is a notification to withdraw the request for license amendment to use 12% by weight uranium fuel elements (Acc.# ML12109A063). The facility anticipates resubmitting the license amendment request in the future. Previously discussed administrative restrictions on operations remain in place (Acc.# ML19295D727). Advanced notification to the NRC will be provided if changes to the administrative restrictions are expected.
