Letter from Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to Mr. P. Gardner, "Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant, NRC Inspection Report 05000263/2015008 and 07200058/2014001 and Results of NRC Office of Investigation Report No. 3-2014-004," dated July 23, 2015. By the above referenced letter dated July 23, 2015, the NRC transmitted Inspection Report 05000263/2015008 for the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant (MNGP). In the inspection report the NRC identified three apparent violation In the referenced letter the NRC also provided Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota Corporation, doing business as Xcel Energy (hereafter NSPM) with the opportunity to 1) provide a written response, 2) request a Predecisional Enforcement Conference, or 3) request Alternative Dispute Resolutio NSPM appreciates the opportunity to meet with the NRC on this issue and by this letter requests the opportunity to discuss the apparent violations through the Alternative Dispute Resolution Process.
