Surely, if the Li. censing Board doomed the matter (apparently) sufficiently complex to take such a long period of deliberation, the g ra n t i o q of the short extension here only reaffirms the complexity of the case and the ne assity for sufficient time to do an adequate job in connection with the filing of exceptions: and
