Reference (a) Letter from Mr. Erhard W. Koehler (MARAD) to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), dated May 16, 2019, Change of Planned Decommissioning Activities In reference (a), the Maritime Administration (MARAD) advised the NRC that certain SAFSTOR and DECON preparation activities will be performed on the Nuclear Ship SAVANNAH(NSS) during an upcoming drydock period, and that the drydocking may occur in Philadelphia, PA. Based on discussions after submittal ofreference (a), MARAD understands that no PSDAR meeting will be held in Philadelphia, PA should the NSS temporarily relocate there for drydocking.
