Dear Ms. Mendiola,

As I stated in my letter dated December 27th, the DVD contained testimony collected by Pat Marida at an event in Columbus, Ohio on December 11, 2010. The data stick, transcript, and supporting material all describe testimony and information collected in conjunction with the "People's Hearing" held on December 18, 2010 in Toledo, Ohio.

Thus, the DVD can be processed separately from the data stick, transcript, supporting material, and of course, the cover letter itself which you have already begun to process. Please do so. You do not have to wait until the DVD issue has been resolved to process the other materials.

That having been said, we do wish the testimony that was on the DVD included. I had earlier sent a copy of the DVD to the NRC's Ms. Paula Cooper, PE,Environmental Project Manager in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation in charge of the Davis-Besse Relicensing. The simplest solution could be for you to contact her for her copy.

Failing that, we have several other options. I could:

• Burn another DVD and send that to you;

• Put the movie on a data stick and send that; or

• Transfer the file to you electronically via e-mail.

Please let me know which solution would be the most convenient for you and your staff.
