(1) Gerard van Noordennen, LaCrosseSolutions, letter to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, "Occupational Radiation Exposure Annual Report for 2016"; dated April 17, 2017 In accordance with 10 CFR 20.2206, "Reports of individual monitoring," paragraph ( c ), the Annual Dose Report covering the previous year shall be submitted on or before April 30th of each year. The Annual Dose Report for 2016 provides the results of individual radiation monitoring carried out by LaCrosseSolutions, LLC and Dairyland Power Cooperative (DPC) for each individual for whom radiation monitoring was provided during 2016. The report was generated on April 11, 2017 by LaCrosseSolutions, LLC and on April 20, 2017 by DPC following the guidance provided in Regulatory Guide 8.7, "Instructions for Recording and Reporting Occupational Radiation Exposure Data," Revision 3, dated November 2016. The data file, "NRC5.dat," was submitted electronically via the Radiation Exposure and Information Reporting System (REIRS) internet web page on April 11, 2017 and April 20, 2017, respectively.

The report cover letter for LaCrosseSolutions (Reference

1) did not include the DPC report submitted on April 20, 2017. This revised cover letter documents the timely filing of the Occupational Radiation Exposure Annual Report by DPC. There are no new regulatory commitments in this submittal.
