(" Commission")that the Commission conduct a proceeding with, respect to Florida Power 6 Light Company under Section 105a of the Atomic Energy Act ("Act")[42 USC 2135a].In support.of this request Orlando respectfully shows that on June 6, 1980, the City of Orlando, Florida, the Orlando Utilities Comnission and Florida Power 6 Light Company entered into a Settlement Agreement which resolved all matters between, the parties relating to these proceedings.
