and respectfully requests, that it be permitted to withdraw its intervention in these antitrus~ licensing proceedings.
In addition, Orlando also requests to withdra~
its request submitted in response to a July 27,. 1978 order of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("Commission" ) that the Commission conduct a proceeding with, respect to Florida Power 6 Light Company under Section 105a of the Atomic Energy Act
("Act") [42 USC 2135a].
In support. of this request Orlando respectfully shows that on June 6,
1980, the City of Orlando, Florida, the Orlando Utilities Comnission and Florida Power 6 Light Company entered into a Settlement Agreement which resolved all matters
- between, the parties relating to these proceedings.

As a part oZ this agreement, Orlando undertook to withdraw from these proceedings and to withdraw its request in the captioned dockets for a proceeding with respect to Florida Power 6 Light Company under Section 105a of the Act.
