Commission (Staff) filed with the Commission a document entitled "NRC STAFF'S RESPONSE TO PETITION FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE OF THOMAS l

- SAPORITO, JR. AND THE NUCLEAR ENERGY ACCOUNTABILITY PROJECT" in opposition to the granting of the Petition.
Petitioners address here that Petitioners' response to the Staffs' aforementioned response is encompassed within Petitioners' "CLAPIFICATION OF CONTENTIONS AND ANSWER TO LICENSEE'S RESPONSE IN OPPOSITION TO NEAP /SAPORITO PETIT 3ON FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE".
Therefore, no further response from Petitioners will be proffered unless the Board directs otherwise.
