On November 16, 1989, the Staff of the Nuclear Regulatory. '

Commission (Staff) filed with the Commission a document entitled "NRC STAFF'S RESPONSE TO PETITION FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE OF THOMAS l J. SAPORITO, JR. AND THE NUCLEAR ENERGY ACCOUNTABILITY PROJECT" in opposition to the granting of the Petition.

Petitioners address here that Petitioners' response to the ,

Staffs' aforementioned response is encompassed within Petitioners' "CLAPIFICATION OF CONTENTIONS AND ANSWER TO LICENSEE'S RESPONSE IN OPPOSITION TO NEAP /SAPORITO PETIT 3ON FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE".

Therefore, no further response from Petitioners will be proffered ,
