Two Reportable Occurrences were identified during the Ironth.

R.O. # 80-15 was identified on April 3 when it was determined the Reactor Building Ventilation System automatic isolation valve V-28-39 was inoperable.

R.O. # 80-16 was identified on April 20 when Generator Icad Rejection device PSL "D" was determined to be ineperative during a routine surveillance test.

1. General Electric Fuel Assemblies - Fuel design and performance analysis methods have been approved by NRC. New operating p rocedu res , if necessary, will be submitted at a later date.
2. Exxon Fuel Assemblies - No major changes have been made, nor are there any anticipated.
