DPR-32 DPR-37 AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSES DPR-32 AND DPR-37 SURRY POWER STATION UNITS NO. 1 AND NO. 2 PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, the Virginia Electric and Power Company requests an amendment, in the form of changes to the Technical Specifications, to ing Licenses DPR-32 and DPR-37 for the Surry Power Station, Units No. 1 and No. 2. The proposed changes are enclosed.

This request reflects the recent transfer of responsibilities in proposed revisions to the Surry Attachment

1. A discussion and provided in Attachment

2. reorganization, changes in the titles and the Nuclear Operations Department.

The Technical Specifications are provided in summary of these proposed revisions is In addition, a Proposed Technical Specification change request is being processed to reflect the recent reorganization in the Quality Assurance Department.

The NRC Project Manager has been informed about the change and the additional information will be forwarded at a later date as a supplement to this request. This request has been reviewed and approved by the Station Nuclear Safety and Operating Committee and by the Safety Evaluation and Control staff. It has been determined that this request does not involve an unreviewed safety question.

We have evaluated this request in accordance with the criteria in 10 CFR 170. 22. It has been determined that a Class III and a Class I license amendment fee is required for Unit 1 and Unit 2, respectively.
