Although the PPCS calorimetric calculation function is not operable, the PPCS is operable and may be used as necessary.

The equipment will be inoperable due to the breaker being found tripped and cannot be reset. Required testing for operability will be determined after investigation of the problem. Use present date and time for when the component is to be deemed - inoperable.
