The information on dose risk and economic risk for Release Category 3 (Late) provided in revised Table 5.c-1 (September 16, 2011 revised RAI responses) appears to be incorrect because it does not account for the revised benefit calculation methodology provided in response to RAI 5.f (January 31, 2011 RAI responses). Provide the correct dose risk and economic risk values reflecting the response to RAI 5.f.
