ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF REVIEWING OFFICIAL RELATED TO ORDER (EA-06-244) IMPOSING FINGERPRINTING AND CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORDS CHECK REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCESS TO SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION

Dear Mr. Berg:

This letter is in response to Dairyland Power Cooperative's (DPC's) letter dated July 2, 2013, which requested that Michael Brasel and Daniel Tesar be deleted as DPC's Reviewing Officials.

In accordance with EA-06-244, "Order Imposing Fingerprinting and Criminal History Records Check Requirements for Access to Safeguards Info rmation, Effective Immediately," the letter nominated Donald Egge as a replacement Reviewing Official.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has determined that Donald Egge meets the criteria as specified in the Order and can serve as a Licensee Reviewing Official. As a Reviewing Official, Mr. Egge must handle and protect all fingerprints and Federal Bureau of Investigation criminal history records as specified in the Order.

Please note that if you wish to have new or additional Reviewing Officials, the NRC must approve each individual before they can act as a Reviewing Official. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact John Hickman at 301-415-3017 or john.hickman@nrc.gov.
