Attachment 1 is a copy of the JFD. An electronic copy of the JFD (IBM PC format) is also included with the original of this letter only. Our stack characteristics have not changed since we last sent theiri to you.

However, copies of the ODCM changes made in 1994 were submitted with the 1994 Radiological Effluent Report which was submitted on February 24,1995, by FPL letter L-95-65.

7. Joint frequency distribution (JFD) of direction, windspeed, and stability in XOQDOQ format of frequencies of occurrence for the year, 1993, in either ~~ or percent: p33p.

A matrix consisting of 16 columns for the directions starting with north and proceeding clockwise to end with NNW. The directions denote the direction from which the wind is blowing.

The rows represent the various speed classes for each of'up to 14 stability categories: Pasquill A through F (G may be optional).

The array should be placed in an IBM compatible text file on either a 360K, 1.2M, or 1.4M floppy disk. Examples are given in Exhibits 1 through 4 for two acceptable formats.

Wind speed classes for the JFD (m/s) or ~Bi/h {Indicate which) .

A maximum of fourteen classes may be designated, although only 6 or 7 are typical. If calms not considered separate class, see next item.
