Dear Mr. Bauser:
This is to confirm our conversation of June 21, 1988. During this discussion it was agreed that I would have up to and including 5 June 1988 to answer the first set of interrogatories that you submitted to me.
I also indicated to you that because the temporary crane had been removed from the spent fuel pool storage area, I would withdraw admitted contention 2 from consideration.
