On October 20, 1988, you were served with "Licensee's Response to Intervenor's First Set of Interrogatories to Licensee."
Enclosed, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 5 2.740(e), is "Licensee's Supple-mental Response to Intervenor's First Set of Interrogatories to Licensee."
The supplement identifies: (1) each person ex-pected to be called as an expert witness at the hearing; and (2) the subject matter and substance of testimony.
