These depositions are being taken for the purposes of dis- l covery, for use at hearings in the above-captioned proceeding, f

Applicants will examine each deponent on matters relating to the business operations, finances, and/or past, present and future planning activities of the Municipal Elec-I - tric Light Plant ("MELP"), Division of Light and Power, with

particular reference ;o the competitive situation between MELP and The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company within I and around the City of Cleveland.
