NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE NEW CONTENTIONS BASED ON THE SER S
Notice is given hereby that Intervenor Ohio Citizens for Responsible Energy ("0CRE") intends to file new contentions based on the Safety Evaluation Report for Perry, NUREG-0887.
Although the SER is dated May 1982, it was not received by OCRE until June 19, 1982.
Also, many of the areas of concern to OCRE are given a rather cursory treatment in the SER, thus necessitating further research by OCRE before these matters can be addressed in a properly drafted contention meeting the specificity require-men'ts of 10 CFR 2.714.
For these reasons, OCRE respectfully i
requests tnat contentions based on the SER which are submitted B
by August 18, lE82 (60 days from 0CRE's receipt of the SER) be

considered timely by the Licensing Board and other parties.
