ES-302 -Simulator Exam Administration w/2 examiners for 2 applicants
-Beaver Valley September 2012 examination Dave -After our discussion concerning the ES-302 guidance that precludes using different examiners on the simulator examination for individual applicants
--"However, simulator operating tests consisting of multiple scenarios shall not be divided among examiners." -I discussed the question with management.
Given that the two affected applicants would be removed from their crews and replaced with surrogates to meet this criteria and the other SRO-I applicants will be administered 3 scenarios, IOlB authorizes Region I in this situation to evaluate these two SRO-I applicants with 2 examiners.
This allowance is predicated on the fact that the two examiners will both be in the simulator for the 3 scenarios administered to these applicants.
Also, this allowance is granted for this exam only and should not be applied to other examinations.
