The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has completed the draft Environmental Impact Statement (ElS) regarding the construction permit submitted by SHINE Medical Technologies, Inc. (SHINE)
, for the proposed SHINE Medical Radioisotope Production Facility (SHINE facility). Enclosed is a copy of the draft EIS and the associated Federal Register Notice of Availability. This notice advises the public that the draft EIS is publicly available at the NRC public document room (PDR) or from the NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading
