Only a tin roof shelters the seven story pool at present. A handheld grenade lancher or even a high powered rifle could strike the pool from across the river, or from a boat in the river. Storage casks on the Connecticut River bank are also vulnerable to floods or a terrorist flying a plane into them. A gasoline tanker driven through the gates could disrupt both online and backup electricity for pumps and controls.Concerned citizen living in fear, Joseph A.
