Box 10429 Southport, NC 28461-0429 Date of Storage: August 17, 2017 Cask Model: Type 2 NUHOMS-61BTH Canister Identification Number: BNP-61BTH-2-E-2H-LT22 Module Storage Location: HSM-H / 0-ISFSI-HSM-031 The casks listed above are not the highest heat load casks loaded to date; therefore, a thermal performance assessment is not provided.
