The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. CT on September 18, 2013, at the Region III offices located at 2443 Warrenville Road, Lisle, Illinois, 60532. The mediator will be Mr. Warren Cunningham.
Alternative dispute resolution, as employed by the NRC, is a mediated opportunity to discuss issues, clear up misunderstandings, be creative, find areas of agreement, and reach a final resolution of the issues.
