The Commission has. issued the enclosed Order that authorizes facility dismantling and disposition'of component parts for Facility License No. R-53, in accordance with your application dated' October 25, 1988, as supplemented. If all component parts are disposed of to one' person or organization,' the recipient should be informed that the parts may not be reassembled or exported without approval' of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. {

4 Copies of the Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact, which has been published in the Federal Register, and the Safety Evaluation are also enclosed.
