Dear Mr. Gagliardo:
Following our conversations during your visit on October 6 and 7, 1982, we are enclosing a copy of our proposed REQUALIFICATION program. This program was submitted to NRC-Washington as a part of the Reactor License renewal pack-age. Subsequently, some editorial and clarification revisions have been made.
We will ask NRC-Washington to incorporate the revisions after we have a response from your office.
We would appreciate you assistance in obtaining approval for this proposed program as we believe it to be more meaningful and less ambiguous. We, of course, understand that the current requalification program is to be followed until formal action is taken by the NRC.
Any suggestions you have will be appreciated.
